Conzlab Berhad hereby issues this formal notice regarding our former employee, Mr. Yu Zhi Kang (Jordan Yu).

1. Employment Termination

Mr. Yu Zhi Kang (Jordan Yu) was officially terminated from Conzlab Berhad in May 2025.

He no longer holds any employment, agency, or representative role with our company.

2. Unauthorized Use of Company Brand

It has come to our attention that after his departure, Mr. Yu Zhi Kang (Jordan Yu) has:

• Established a business named Licensepath Solution Enterprise (Company No. 003723897-K);
• Contacted our existing clients without authorization;
• Misused Conzlab Berhad’s brand, reputation, and client information;
• Attempted to persuade clients to engage his new company’s services.

Such actions are unauthorized and misleading, and Conzlab Berhad does not endorse or recognize any business dealings conducted by him.

3. No Authority to Represent Conzlab Berhad

Effective May 2025, any commitments, promises, statements, or service arrangements made by Mr. Yu Zhi Kang (Jordan Yu):

• Do not represent Conzlab Berhad
• Are not authorized by the company
• Are not valid under our business operations

4. Legal Rights Reserved

Conzlab Berhad reserves all legal rights against the said individual for any misconduct that may affect the company’s rights, interests, or reputation.

5. Client Advisory

If you have been contacted by Mr. Yu Zhi Kang (Jordan Yu) regarding any services purportedly related to Conzlab Berhad, please notify us immediately.
